Manager Mode in FC Mobile, while not a perfect game mode, allows you to become the manager of your own team and experiment with new tactics against your opponents.
MANAGER MODE
Unfortunately Manager Mode is not perfect, it would require an update to improve the gameplay and the real effectiveness of the tactics. Below is the link to the complete guide to this game mode, with the complete explanation of creating tactics, choosing players and how to face this challenge.
One of the points that developers should work on is the team's OVR, which sometimes seems too decisive for the final result of the match. Fortunately, the team's OVR is not everything, but there are other important factors, including tactics.
MANAGER MODE TACTICS
I have already published my dynamic tactic for this game mode (link below) but, being a fan of this mode, I decided to experiment with a new tactic that is currently giving me good results.
By dynamic tactic I mean a tactic that changes based on the progress of the match. It is still a good tactic, very focused on ball management, excellent in both phases of the game.
THE NEW TACTICS
What are the changes and innovations of the new tactic? If with the dynamic tactic, in addition to having to make changes during the match, many matches ended with few goals (both scored and conceded), with the new tactic your team will have a more offensive attitude.
This means that you will score many more goals but at the same time your defense will also be more vulnerable. It is not a real tactic, but a game mentality, therefore ideal for all formations.
TACTICAL SETUP
It is an ideal tactic for all formations, ideal if you are looking for a more offensive tactic to enhance your attackers and their characteristics. These are the three configurations and their explanation.
It is a more offensive tactic than my original dynamic tactic. The Build Up settings have remained unchanged, but will allow you to have a fast and offensive game, but at the same time a thoughtful game and without too much haste.
The first changes are in the Offence settings, where there will be a higher frequency of passes and shots. This will allow your players to take a shot whenever there is the possibility. Level 2 in the passing tendency also allows you to have the possibility of making passes in a better position instead of shooting.
The main difference in this tactic is in the Defense settings, with almost all levels at maximum. This will allow you to have a much more aggressive team positioned in the center of the field. You will probably suffer some counterattacks, but if you have solid players in midfield, good defensively, they will be ready to recover the ball immediately.
CONCLUSIONS
My new tactic is not a dynamic tactic, so it is less elaborate and suitable for autoplay. But you could consider making some changes, based on the result, decreasing the aggression of your team (you can use the settings of my dynamic tactic).
Personally I am having great results with this tactic, with matches full of goals. I currently use this tactic with the 352, which allows me to have 3 defenders and 2 defensive midfielders always ready to recover the ball in midfield, but it is a tactic that can be used with all the other formations.
