The Thunderstruck event is now available on FC Mobile. Get ready to electrify the pitch with high-octane matches and exclusive rewards.
This is a side event and will last for 14 days, from January 9th to January 22nd UTC. If you see a longer duration in the main events menu, it is only to allow users to claim players with Live OVR after the 5 league matches.
MAIN MENU
The event structure is very simplified. Inside the Main Menu you will find the Thunder Tactics where you can play skill games and matches to get Thunderstruck Tokens.
You will be able to get 300 Thunderstruck daily: 50 by watching the daily AD and 250 by completing the Thunder Tactics.
You will then be able to get 4200 Thunderstruck Tokens during the entire duration of the event (700 with AD and 3500 with Thunder Tactics).
In the Main Menu, by collecting tokens, you will have access to the Milestones rewards, in which you will need 3300 Thunderstruck Tokens to claim all the rewards.
Using Thunderstruck Tokens you can claim rewards in Lucky Strike. Clicking on the lightning will display 5 different daily rewards. Make your choices based on your goals and progress.
LIVE THUNDER CLASH MENU
The Live Thunder Clash Menu is the real novelty of this event. A mix between the latest Gallery Menus, where you can trade event players for Shards, and players whose OVR can increase based on certain requirements.
In Live Thunder Clash you will have 4 menus available. The first 3 are based on the player's OVR, the fourth is in case you want to claim resources for your team.
You will be able to choose between 9 players, 3 for each OVR, whose OVR can increase if certain requirements are met.
Each player will have 3 different requirements (to be met in the next 5 league matches). They will receive +1 OVR for each of the first two requirements, while they will receive +1 Skill Moves and Weak Foot for the third requirement.
This means that each player has the potential to increase their OVR by +2 and increase their skill moves and weak foot by one star. Don't rush to claim the players, you will have until February 15th.
To claim these players you will need to use event players, which you can purchase in the market, find in packs or event rewards, to exchange for shards.
CONCLUSIONS
It is a very interesting side event, where you can collect a lot of resources and get players with Live OVR. By playing the event every day you can get 16 rewards in Lucky Strike and, depending on your luck, you can get players to exchange for shards.
