If after reading my complete guide on Manager Mode for FC Mobile 25 you still haven't managed to create a working custom tactic, then you're in the right place. In this guide I will show you the personal dynamic tactic that I use for this game mode.

FORMATION

I'm currently using the 352, there's no particular reason, but it's simply the formation I also use for VS Attack mode and I didn't need to create a second formation for this mode. I have the goalkeeper trained at level 30 and the rest of the team with red rank and level 25. For Manager Mode I don't use reserves because, as said in the complete guide, in this mode also the team's OVR has its importance.

TACTIC

With this guide I will get straight to the point, if you want information on how to build your tactics or how to choose players for this mode I recommend you read my complete guide.

I use a dynamic tactic, which means I usually make changes during the match based on how it goes. But we'll talk about that later.

BUILD UP

I use a semi-offensive setup for my build up. I chose level 2 for speed, a balanced level that allows me to have many passes in midfield before reaching the opponent's half. Level 1 for passing distance, because I prefer short passes to the closest teammate. Attacking mentality and free positioning, which give me more versatility in the offensive phase with more solutions.

OFFENCE

If the build up was semi offensive, for the offense I preferred a more reasoned style of play. Level 1 for passing and cross tendency, allows me to have a more organized offensive phase in which my players maintain possession of the ball before making the decisive pass. Level 2 for shooting tendency, in this way my players will shoot only in optimal conditions without precluding passes to teammates positioned in better positions. The positioning at the free level guarantees me a lot of imagination and movement in the offensive phase to create different solutions.

DEFENCE

For the defensive phase I chose a more balanced configuration. Level 2 for pressure and aggression, to try not to create defensive holes by trying to recover the ball at all costs. Width at level 1, I prefer compact teams in the center of the field. And finally cover for the back line.

DYNAMIC CHANGES

As mentioned in the intro of this guide, I use a dynamic tactic. This means that I usually make changes to the tactic based on the progress of the match. I usually make changes, if necessary, around the 60th minute of the match. There are two conditions for which I make changes to the tactic: if I need to defend the result (defensive tactics), so if I am ahead, or if I need to recover the match (offensive tactics), so if I am behind. If I am drawing I do not make changes to the tactic, but I evaluate based on the end of the match.

DEFENSIVE TACTICS

In case I have to defend the result, I make few changes to the tactics. The only changes concern the build up: I change the mentality to defending (alternatively balanced) and the positioning to organized. With these changes my team will try to build offensive actions with less risk.

OFFENSIVE TACTICS

The situation changes if I have to recover the match. It is an all-for-all tactic, without thinking about the risks. It is almost a new tactic as changes will be made to all phases of the tactic. The first changes concern the build up: the speed goes to level 3, and the passing distance to level 2. In this way I will try to get to the opponent's half of the field more quickly.

In the offense, the shooting tendency will move to level 3 to look for shooting solutions whenever possible.

In defense, instead, we will try to increase the team's intensity level, which will obviously expose us to many risks. Level 3 for pressure and aggression, in order to go and recover the ball directly in the opponent's half.

CONCLUSIONS

This is the complete guide to my personal dynamic tactic. If you have not been able to build your own custom tactic using my guide, which I recommend you read to understand how to build the team, you can use my tactic.
