With 97 in acceleration, 101 in reactions and 114 in awareness, he is probably the best reactive center back in the game. With 94 in acceleration, 102 in reactions and 112 in awareness, he is very reactive in 1 vs 1 situations. With 114 in marking, 115 in standing tackle, 105 in sliding tackle and with excellent physical stats, he is one of the most difficult center backs to overcome. 3 - VIRGIL VAN DIJK
The OVR 103 version of Virgil Van Dijk, released during the Trick or Treat event, despite not having the dives into tackles trait, is confirmed as one of the best defensive cards in the game. With 92 in acceleration, 102 in reactions and 112 in awareness, he is very reactive in 1 vs 1 situations. He is really very difficult to overcome and, with 114 in marking, 115 in standing tackle, 105 in sliding tackle and above all excellent physical stats, he is among the best in the defensive phase. 4 - JAVIER MASCHERANO
The OVR 103 version of Javier Mascherano, released during the Libertadores event, despite not having great physical characteristics, is crazy in some game scenarios. With 99 in acceleration, 104 in reactions and 116 in awareness, he is among the most reactive center backs in the game, therefore highly recommended for the VS Attack mode. With 115 in marking, 116 in standing tackle, 111 in sliding tackle and with the traits dives into tackles, he will be really difficult to overcome. With 94 in acceleration, 99 in reactions and 111 in awareness, in some scenarios of the VS Attack mode he could be a little unresponsive.
