With the FC Mobile update a new Daily Picks was also released, unfortunately far from the first Daily Picks that allowed many F2P users to get crazy players.
The new event has the same features as the previous one, where you will be able to trade your untradeable players for Market Pick Tokens.
The suggestion is always the same, that is to exchange only useless players (possibly from old events) and prefer the exchange of 400-500 Tokens. This time, however, you have to pay attention to the expiration of the Daily Picks.
DAILY PICKS EXPIRY
As you may have noticed, by selecting Elite Picks or Quick Picks, which I will talk about shortly, you can see the expirations and the refresh. But the most important thing to know is that after October 24, the Market Pick Tokens will no longer be usable.
There is no official news yet on what will happen after this date, whether a new Daily Picks will be released with new Tokens, or if it will be the definitive end of a good event that EA has decided to ruin along the way.
FREE - DAILY - QUICK PICKS
There are 4 types of Picks, and I decided to group together those that have a daily refresh.
Free Picks is free, you just need to log in to FC Mobile every day to claim your players. You can choose from 3 selected players with OVR between 70 and 95. It is often a waste of time, but as long as it is free it is worth a try.
The Daily Pick costs 100 gems and you can buy 3 per day. This also refreshes daily and you will be given a choice of 3 players with an OVR between 70 and 93. In all honesty, I would suggest you avoid this pick.
The Quick Picks instead costs 50 Market Pick Tokens and also has a daily refresh. You can choose a total of 200 times between 3 players with an OVR between 70 and 96. Also for this pick I suggest you do not waste your Tokens, but open this pack only on the last day of the event to consume your excess Tokens.
ELITE PICKS
The first month of this event the pack was called Top 50 and allowed me to find Ronaldo 101 and resell him at his maximum price. Unfortunately EA has decided to change the rules of this event.
Unlike previous picks, the Elite Picks have a 2-week (14-day) refresh, meaning you can claim this pack a maximum of 2 times. The next refresh will be on October 9th UTC.
The Elite Picks will allow you to find the best players, in fact the picks will be between 4 players with an OVR between 97 and 103. To claim this pack you will need 3000 Market Pick Tokens (6000 in total for the duration of the event).
By clicking on the pack information you can see, in addition to the available players, also the percentages with which they are distributed.
OVR 97 and 98 have a percentage just over 40%, OVR 99 close to 11%, OVR 100 close to 3%, while 101-102-103 less than 1%. A huge disappointment, especially considering the first month of the Daily Picks.
CONCLUSIONS
Claim the Free Pick, it's free, and avoid the Daily and Quick Picks. Trade your untradeable players that you don't use and try to get 2 packs of Elite Picks. The rewards are not as great as in previous editions, but it's worth a try.
